Dubai is a very dynamic city in terms of architecture and construction, and we see great opportunities here. With our new office, we aim to undertake projects not only in Dubai but also in other countries in the region.

*Selim Yuhay:* Yes, we have some exciting television program ideas that aim to educate people about the importance of architecture, both in Dubai and globally. One of our goals is to show how integrating psychology with decoration can create spaces that prepare people for today and tomorrow. These programs will not only focus on design aesthetics but also on how well-designed spaces can positively impact people's well-being and productivity.

*Magazine:* After years of successful architecture and interior design projects with your team, you have expanded your firm in Dubai. Can you tell us about this new direction?

*Selim Yuhay:* Yes, after many years of signing off on successful architecture and interior design projects with my team, we have decided to grow our firm further in Dubai. Now, we are also assisting our clients in real estate selection. Before purchasing a property, we provide professional real estate consultancy, helping them choose constructions, architectures, and projects that meet their needs. Our experienced team supports them in buying the best properties that not only fit their lifestyle but also offer excellent investment opportunities. We organize all sales processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients in Dubai.

*Magazine:* Can you tell us about the different branches of your company and how they operate in Dubai and Turkey?

*Selim Yuhay:* Certainly. Our main firm in Turkey is Yuhay Architecture Company. In Dubai, we have expanded into several branches to better serve our clients. BSB Interior Design focuses on our architectural and interior design projects. BSB Properties handles our real estate consultancy, helping clients find and purchase properties that suit their needs and investment goals. Additionally, AirBSB is another exciting branch of our operations, which will soon start offering holiday home services to clients in Dubai. This diversification allows us to offer comprehensive services from design to property acquisition, ensuring our clients have a seamless and professional experience.
